The Associations Secretariat

The Association strives to be representative of the diverse interests and engagement that exists across our membership. We hold a quarterly meeting of 'secretariat' members that represent the Associations interests across the youth and community work/education sector. The Secretariat acts as a space for reporting and consulting on areas of interest with the Association's officers; and inform the engagement activities / development agenda of the Association.

The current list of Secretariat members and their representative function is provided below. We welcome recommendations for additional areas of representation and review membership at each quarterly meeting. Secretariat members are asked to attend a minimum of two meetings a year and provide reports and/or lead discussions on representative areas at least once a year.
